“I have had over half a dozen teachers in the last decade, and Nancy is the best yoga instructor I've met. Her weekly private classes these last 3 years have changed my life. I now connect with my body in ways I didn’t know possible. I am stronger, calmer, and more balanced physically and mentally. My anxiety is significantly lower, and my chronic pain points are something I barely notice now! My best nights of sleep are after our weekly class.


What makes Nancy’s teaching special is her wide range of knowledge, her positive energy, and her ability to cater to what I need. One day I’ll want a mixture of Vinyasa flow and Hatha, another day I’ll ask for restorative with guided meditation. No class is the same, and I constantly learn new poses that she will incorporate into practice seamlessly. I also love the playlists she uses for class, the music adds to the great energy of her sessions. I highly recommend taking either private or group classes with Nancy. Movement is her purpose in life, and I am grateful to learn and grow from her teaching. ”

“This may very well be the only yoga instructor you'll ever need. Nancy makes yoga challenging yet rewarding. During her yoga classes, you'll receive excellent instruction to progressively push yourself and sweat hard.

Nancy also guides a special event called Moon Circles. Yoga is only a part of these classes. The rest of the activity is centered around growing with individuals who seek to connect with others who deeply understand the world is bigger than themselves. Expect these like-minded individuals to be incredibly positive and encouraging of the goals and hardships in your life. Nancy will guide each activity and you'll find yourself leaving the building 110% better than you arrived.
